Pizza Recipe (Homemade Pizza) 🍕
Ingredients
For the dough:
2 cups all-purpose flour (maida)
1 teaspoon yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons oil
¾ cup warm water
For the topping:
½ cup pizza sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 onion (sliced)
1 capsicum (sliced)
1 tomato (sliced)
Sweet corn (optional)
Oregano and chili flakes
Preparation
Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Leave for 10 minutes.
Add flour, salt, and oil. Knead into a soft dough.
Cover and let the dough rise for 1 hour.
Roll the dough into a pizza base.
Spread pizza sauce on the base.
Add cheese and your favorite vegetables.
Sprinkle oregano and chili flakes.
Bake in an oven at 220°C for 12–15 minutes until the cheese melts and the crust becomes golden.
Serving
Cut into slices and serve hot with tomato ketchup or chili flakes.
